Douglasville to Midtown Atlanta

Route 461 provides five commuter coaches in the morning to Midtown Atlanta from the Douglas County Multi-Modal Transportation Center in Douglasville. Five coaches return in the afternoon. The route includes two reverse commute coaches from the Civic Center MARTA Station to the Transportation Center in the morning and two returning from Douglasville to Civic Center MARTA station in the afternoon.

The 500-space park & ride lot is located near the Douglas County Courthouse at 8800 Dorris Dr., Douglasville, GA 30134.

The timetable below shows the timed stops on the Xpress route. Not all stops have times. To estimate when the coach will arrive at a non-timed stop, check the last timed stop just before the stop you want and the first timed stop after the stop that you want. Your stop time will fall approximately between those two times.

Holiday Schedule

Xpress does not operate on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. Xpress will operate a reduced schedule on MLK Jr. Day, Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.

Only GRTA Xpress fare passes are valid for this route. Fare passes are not refundable.

Half-Price and Reverse Commute Fares

• One-way -- $1.50 -- (pay exact cash only at the farebox)
• Roundtrip -- $2.50 -- (pay exact cash only at the farebox)
• 31-Day -- $40 -- (31 days unlimited use)

Half-price fares are available on reverse commutes. In addition, all persons 65 years of age and older, Medicare cardholders and persons with disabilities are eligible for half-price fares on those routes operating during off-peak hours (between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. and after 6:30 p.m.). Riders must show the coach operator their Medicare card to qualify. This route currently does not operate during off-peak hours.
