Route 408 provides commuter coach service from the Doraville MARTA station north along GA 141 (Peachtree Industrial Blvd., Peachtree Parkway and Medlock Bridge Rd.) to Emory Johns Creek Hospital in the City of Johns Creek. The route offers 13 coach times throughout the day, Monday-Friday. The route does not pick up passengers on Johns Creek Parkway in the morning. The southbound route from Johns Creek to Doraville is considered the reverse commute for this route.

Monthly passes and tickets can be purchased by phone at 770-822-5010 or by mail. Pass by mail forms are available on the bus, or by calling 770-822-5010. Please allow at least 5 business days for processing and mailing your request.
Transfers to MARTA trains and buses are free. Ask your driver for a transfer slip when you board the bus and pay your fare. For travel from MARTA to Gwinnett County Transit, pay the MARTA fare and ask for a transfer. These transfers will be valid for your travel on Gwinnett County Transit.
